I could barely digest my food by this stage of our trip. The stomach flu or whatever bug I contracted took over so I ate very little and most of what I did eat, I had trouble keeping down. Still, it was good to be with Fab's family. His mum very sweetly packed tissues, plastic bags and sour plum candies in my handbag as we headed out to the airport. She was very empathetic, which really touched my heart.
