Juxtaposition. The cheery bookstore against the rough staircase with poster and graffiti laden walls. I met a very friendly dog while leafing through Keri Smith's "This is not a book" non-book. The staff weren't so interested in my existence. They were occupied with casual chit-chat and talks on the ongoing refurbishments while going about their daily administrative tasks at the counter.
