I really want to get my hands on a couple of the books Amy recommended. Fab was suggesting looking for second-hand copies on EBay to save costs. Keri Smith also wrote 100 Ideas which is worth checking out despite the miniature font and squished words.
Thinking of this as a story idea: IS IT TOO LATE TO START LIVING YOUR LIFE AT 30??
